Ozarka College will host Dr. Brooks Blevins on Tuesday, March 10, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for a presentation open to students and the community. This event will be held in the John E. Miller Building Lecture Hall at the Melbourne Campus.
Dr. Blevins is a nationally recognized historian of the Ozarks and the Noel Boyd Professor of Ozarks Studies at Missouri State University. He is the author and editor of numerous books on regional history, including Up South in the Ozarks. His work explores rural communities, oral history, and regional identity, and he is widely known for delivering engaging and accessible presentations.
